At Nightwoven, we want you to love your order—but we understand things happen. Here’s how our return policy works, based on the type of item you purchased:
🖨 Print-On-Demand (POD) Items
Most of our clothing is made to order.
✅ Eligible for Return within 14 days of delivery if:
The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
You contact us first at [your email] with your order number and reason for return
🛑 Not eligible for return if:
The item has been worn or washed
You contact us after the 14-day window
You ordered the wrong size but sizing was provided
💥 Damaged or misprinted POD items: Please reach out with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to get a replacement.
🧵 Handmade, Custom, and Upcycled/Thrifted Items
These one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale. No refunds for mending or tailor services. Once these services are rendered, you will be expected to pay the full invoice. If you are unhappy with the mend or tailoring, we will do whatever we can to ensure you are happy.
❌ No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted unless the item arrives damaged in transit. If that happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
🧴 Beauty & Personal Care Items (Perfume, Bath Bombs, etc.)
Due to hygiene and safety, these items are final sale.
❌ We cannot accept returns or exchanges on these products. If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery.

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
