📦 Shipping Policy 📦

Nightwoven currently ships within the United States only. We offer a mix of print-on-demand (POD), handmade, upcycled, and thrifted items—each with its own fulfillment timeline.

🚚 Shipping Times

Because we work with both POD partners and create/curate pieces in-house, orders may ship in multiple packages and have different arrival times.

Estimated shipping windows:

• POD items: 5–10 business days after order is placed

• Handmade / upcycled items: 3–7 business days after order is placed

Note: These are estimates. Delays can occur due to high order volume, holidays, or postal service issues.

📦 Shipping Method

We use standard USPS shipping unless otherwise stated. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your item ships (if applicable).

💥 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within 20 days of your shipping confirmation, email us at [your email] with your order number. We’ll do our best to make it right.

🛑 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We’re a small, growing business and hope to expand this in the future.
